Put 1 tablespoonful (for face) and/or 4 tablespoonfuls (for body) of Etta's Skin Whitening Powder in a mixing tray. Then, gradually mix it with Etta's Liquid Mixing Solution until smooth melted ice cream appearance has reached. Apply gently on your face and body, avoiding eyes, eyebrows, eyelashes and lips.
